Character of the Season
Once known as the Butcher of Whitebrim, he's now The Butcher of Dygra, stepping forward as the first created demigod of the Ancients. There is no question that Astaroth casts an intimidating silhouette. Tall, domineering and dangerous, if looks could kill you'd be dead already, but to get up close and personal with the Grounds' resident cannibal tells a much different story. Dripping with charm and clad in only the finest attire, Asta is a gentleman monster, as polite as they come and committed to his role as security for the Dusklight and those who have earned his loyalty. Be careful of that smile, though - those teeth are sharp.
Congratulations, Asta!

Remi laughed, a sound both rich and happy, nodding against Sam. “Alright. A nap first. Then we see what gifts you’re owed for being the hero, hmm?”
As Sam looked down to where Remi’s fingers were softly but suggestively spiderwebbing upwards, the alchemist wondered if Sam was going to ask him to stop. His reasons for stopping them previously had always been reasonable—injury, being in public—but perhaps they were just cleverly disguised excuses. Perhaps Remi’s youthful and boyish tendencies had veiled what Sam really wanted, and what he didn’t.
But then Sam’s words, stuttered or not, removed the breath from Remi’s lungs just as surely as the gentle hand on his chest did. He kissed Sam back gently, turning his body towards him, a question on his lips. However as they parted, Sam answered what it was the alchemist was going to ask. Remi didn’t think Sam had been with anyone since the cave, but it was important. If this was his first time, that meant something to Remi, as it would to Sam as well. ”Okay.” Remi whispered softly, his lips twitching into a gentle smile that was free of judgement or disappointment.
The hand on Sam’s thigh suddenly moved to cover the one placed on his chest. “We can stop anytime you want to.” He said encouragingly, trying to catch and hold the bookmaker’s gaze to drive home how serious he was. On the verge of hormonal desperation or not, sex or intimacy of any kind was not something Remi wanted to force on anyone, least of all Sam. And already he’d pushed too far with him, it seemed.
