He offers at first, quietly and contemplatively. He realizes he can’t quite stick his fingers in everything, so he’s expanded the government a small amount more to help. But I haven’t seen him much as of late. There’s a feeling akin to a shrug given to the shark as he wiggles himself a bit higher in the depths, feeling the waters grow relatively warm and uncomfortable for his skin. I see Ronin relatively regularly all things considered. A quiet murmur offered at the end.
