His face darkened, eyes bulging horribly as he drew blood from Amalia. There was no accompanying look of satisfaction however. The last thing Ronin and Amalia would see, if they looked as Ronin's supernova expanded in star-bright brilliance, was the father's head snapping to the side. The click of his neck breaking was eaten up by the roar of energy the Star's blast created, but somehow it echoed ever more loudly for all the noise.
