I tried to twist away from it, but there was no stoppin’ it, so back down I go. Not quite as bad as a kidney punch, and strangely initially ticklish, pain radiates round my side an’ abdomen from that well-placed strike. I’m obviously wincing as I try to get back up, momentarily unable to defend myself.
