Shrugging at Juniper's words, Alina sighed. "It's been a long time. I'm not sure how Safrin will feel about fulfilling such an old request." Her jaw clenched as she gritted her teeth. Once again, her fingers grew white knuckled on her spear.
"Even if we get the rest of the items, we still need something from an Ascended." Brow furrowing, she scowled. "And they aren't likely to just hand it over." She groaned. "Pun not intended."
Nodding, the huntress lifted from the ground. Hovering, she narrowed her eyes at Juniper. "Did you need anything else from me?" Alina waited for the other woman's response. However, the huntress' gaze had already strayed past Juniper to the exit.
