Character of the Season
Frail in body but dangerously quick of mind, Nikandr is the sort of character who proves that curiosity can be just as perilous as any weapon. A necromancer, inventor, and problem-solver with more ambition than self-preservation, Niki approaches the world like a puzzle box begging to be opened, even when what’s inside has teeth. Blunt, dry-witted, fiercely independent, and carrying a history best left partially buried, he has a knack for making even failure feel fascinating. Whether he’s raising the dead, moving across Caido to King's End, or experiencing a hangover for the first time, Nikandr brings a wonderfully strange spark to Caido, and we can’t wait to see what trouble his brilliant mind wanders into next.

As for being a raccoon, honestly, with all that was going on with his memories and Vanya's death, being in the body of something small and useless was quite a relief, especially given how easily he could be cuddled.
Yawning, Remi laid back down into the blankets, spooning Sugar like some sort of scaled teddy bear. Lazily his fingers drifted down her spine as he propped up his head with his elbow, watching Ronin. "Lucky me." He said cheekily, though he did genuinely mean it. He was fond of the girl and would indeed be there to help Ronin however he could.
"What say you Sugar? You feeling up to hunting down mask-thieves or attacking the spire demo today? Or shall we take today off and sample wine? Do you even like wine?"
