"You did worry me." Remi replies, ever earnest when it came to Vai. "But seeing you here, like this? I think I do believe you." He adds with a slow smile. Will he stalk the woods around Vai's cottage just the same? Of course. But that doesn't mean he doesn't believe the witch is happy, but a protective son Remi will never cease to be.
"Mmmm." Remi hums. He isn't as convinced, but Remi also believes to protest would be 'wallowing'. So instead he just grumbles good-naturedly as Vai saves his hair from an inadvertent hair-mask. "She would have liked you." He mumbles, slurping loudly at his oversweetened tea to emphasize just how perfectly sweetened it was.
Despite the rain, outside Remi can hear a game of hind and seek going on. Normally it wasn't a very loud game, but currently, Mateo was taunting Ronin, saying how he could never be found. "Ronin and I have to go and get some sap from a wicker woman. Do you think you could wrangle your grandson for an hour or so?"
