She closes the door and places a sign on it to advise she is currently in surgery and so unavailable unless it is for something life threatening, and checks a couple of her other patients before moving to the operating room. Trusting Cal to follow, she clicks the door shut behind them and lights a few lanterns, even though neither of them need it.
