It isn’t a haven for Ascended as the Grounds is, but it’s effectively the same; you’ll mostly find Ascended and Abandoned here.” Recalling Stormbreak and the woman she writes to there, Hotaru wonders what the other realms look like in terms of racial distribution. “The Warden has been making strides towards turning the Citadel into a more hospitable town; magical warmth through the winters, and a greenhouse now in the works. There’s very little stirring in Halo - where the chips will fall if war comes will have to be seen.” A shrug of her shoulders as she leans forward to pour her tea is her only physical clue as to what she thinks of the matter.
