Hardly a fan of this whole thing anyway, Adam had been especially pissed upon being whisked away to some Gods-forsaken corner of the Grounds, away from the nice safe feeling barracks and more importantly away from Pet. He had enough faith in his somewhat scary assassin husband to know he'd probably make it out of this, but being on his own was not helping. At least he recognised Nate, who he went to stand by right away.
"Yeah. This fucking sucks." He agreed with Isla, peering into the Labyrinth before them. "I mean, they got us where they want us, right? Do we even go in there? Can't we just say fuck you guys and leave?" Maybe that was the coward's way out, but he'd never had that kind of pride, and entering the Labyrinth felt like certain death. Still, if the group as a whole wanted to proceed, he'd go with them; they'd need all the help they could get, and he couldn't in good faith leave them to their fate (nor did he want to walk alone back through the night).
