What do you get when two ruthless assassins raise their daughter travelling through the wildest reaches of Caido? Take one look at Theea and you'll get a pretty good idea. Cheerful and tenacious in equal measure, and curious beyond all else, she began her journey on a mission to find those her mother once called family. And find them she did, soon rubbing elbows with demigods, leaders and even ghosts from the past. Her determination is resolute, her thirst for knowledge unmatched. We can't wait to see where her next adventure takes her!
Congratulations, Theea!

Ray smiles softly as the equines begin to settle. She moves through the herds, murmuring soothing words to those that seem more anxious and giving nose pats and ear scratches to those that allow it. The few stray leaves that she's missed are gently removed with nimble fingers, taking care not to tug or tangle any fur.
The herbalist isn't sure what else she can do. She settled for setting up a thing of water for the equines. It's not much, just a few makeshift bowls made from tins from her med kit. But they're likely better than nothing and tins are easily replaced.
Ray continues to tend to the equines and sets out water for them.
It seemed his skill with horses had carried over into Caido, and so Adam sorted the Unicorns then found himself with time to spare, the others around him still busy with their tasks. He sat down on a nearby tree stump and watched the Unicorns chew on the hay and grass they'd brought, idly thinking about how muddy their pristine coats were going to get - already, their legs and feet were brown from the swamp's mud.
"What're these lot gonna be used for?" He asked, to no one in particular. "They aren't like some kind of fucked up sacrifice or anything, right? I'm growing kinda fond of them." Especially one close by that seemed to like snuffling his hair, which he was allowing on account of it being a fucking Unicorn.
Though all of them are familiar to Harper, he is undeniably most attuned to Maeve. Call it their friendship, the years of working together at the Halenani, or being her right hand to Ray's left. It doesn't require explanation, it's instinctual. So when the sound in the woods is registered with his heightened hearing, he immediately drops a wing and circles lower, sharp avian eyes noting the unnatural shifting of the underbrush that signifies a presence of some kind.
"Maeve," he croaks, grateful for his crow ability to speak in halting words since he can't reach through the Attuned bond to grab her attention. Diving quickly, he aims straight for the underbrush, wings snapping open to beat his wingtips against the bush in hopes of scaring whatever was inside out into the open.

Harper sees the rustling and warns Maeve, then dives and tries to startle whatever is inside out into the open.
