Zavien
It was nighttime when Zavien made his way across Stormbreak towards the shrine. The stars shone brightly overhead, bringing a smile to his face. His green eyes sparkled, reflecting the light against the joy of budding romance. It made him especially sentimental about life and love, drawing him to Safrin's image tucked within the peaceful greenery of the Celestine. He stepped up to the shrine, revealing a glittering glass wind chime, covering with images of stars in diamonds, twinkling softly when exposed to the gentle breeze. Zavien hung it on a branch as he settled in front of the shrine. It felt like he'd forgotten something, but he couldn't quite remember, so he proceeded.
He dipped his head respectfully, calling out into the night. "Good evening, Safrin. I know it's been awhile, but I had hoped to make a request of you." Running a hand through his hair, he tried to find the words that he'd thought of on the way there. "Koa showed me the great work you've done on his wraps, and I've recognized that there is a gap in my own strengths. Would you consider helping me with my sword?" The question served as the reminder for what he'd forgotten to do, and he scrambled to unsheathe the sword at his hip. It glinted in the starlight but remained mortally gray and dull despite hours of diligent care from the Dragoon. Clearing his throat, he indicated to the weapon as he set it under the wind chime whose clinking added to the tranquil atmosphere. "Being the most stunning being in existence, I thought it only fitting to ask you to bestow such magic upon my weapon." Zavien knew it was a strange request, but he hoped she might consider it nonetheless as he lowered his eyes, waiting to see whether Safrin would answer his call.
Zavien is asking Safrin to grant him a quest to make his sword shine brightly on attacks to stun enemies. If he doesn't roll high enough, he'll use his level 3 Custom Item Token. Thank you! <3
