It's not your company I can't stand, only my own. For talking like you or any other Ancient is the problem, and for letting my issues get in the way of our friendship - I am so sorry.
You were right, in most things but mostly in that I do feel lonely. Always do, more or less. And I am very sick of my own bullshit. I still don't know how to expand upon the way I see the world, but I've at least started with the thing I understand best - books, reading, the theory. It's not much, but I hope you can believe me when I say that I truly do want to change. I want to be more accepting, more calm and confident. I want to feel like I belong - with you, with the other Ancients, and with my other friends. It will probably take time, but I swear I won't stop trying.
I realize that I hurt you. If you allow it I would like to apologize properly, in person. However and wherever makes you most comfortable - if you can find it in your heart to see me just one more time.
