We've got a great variety, but thought I'd add a few more ideas that came to my tired brain! XD
Zombees
Common - KE, GW
Oversized honey bees who died harvesting the pollen of gilded lilies. Their bodies slow to the point of decay, fuzz and broken legs dangling from the muted colors of their flying forms, although no one knows how they fly on the hole-filled membranes. In their dying state, zombees develop an insatiable thirst for blood. One on its own is hardly a threat, its bite no more than the prick of a giant needle. But if they choose to hunt as a swarm, they can take down a High-Land Cow, leaving it stripped to the bones.
(Something like this but creepier.)
Celestial Owls
Uncommon - KE, Halo, HG
Large glittering feathers glide through the night, painting the sky in starlight. They adapt to the sky, sometimes coming in the ghostly white of an overcast night or the pitch black of a moonless sky. Regal and noble creatures, they take pride in their duty to Safrin. It's said that their nests are filled with the fallen stars they collect for her, protected until they can return them to their place in the sky.
(Like this or this.)
Glasswood Tree
Uncommon - Oerwoud,GW
These towering trees can be seen from miles away, light catching their glass leaves in a myriad of shapes and colors. They chime softly when he wind blows, and cast muted rainbows across the ground when it rains. Unlike chlorophyll leaves, they use magic to convert the sunlight into small energy particles that are absorbed by the roots below. Those that rest under its branches will have their energy restored, and objects made from their glass leaves are said to absorb negative energy nearby.
(Something pretty with glass leaves like this!)
Chrys-anthems
Uncommon - GW, Oerwoud, Draig
A colorful array of singing flowers that have curling petals resembling wigs. Their songs draw people near, enticing them to relax, enjoy the song, and take a stroll - perhaps off a ledge. Perched on cliff edges, dangerous riverbanks, and sinkholes, they lure people to their deaths, stealing their screams as they fall, so they can add the notes to their next song.
(Don't love this one, but something similar to this.)
Thestrals (name can be changed)
Rare - KE, Hak Etme
Only visible to those who have seen death, these skeletal horses are a blessing to those who have seen loss. Often drawn to immense grief, they provide comfort through soft whinnies and a steady presence. Some people might be honored by being allowed to take a piece of bone from the thestral's body as a token of remembrance for their shared emotion.
(No pic necessary)
Bull Frog
Common - TL, KE, Oerwoud, GW
These moderately large amphibious creatures are often docile, hopping through damp environments in search of small pockets of bugs to graze on. However, when faced with the color red, they become a spazz of slimy skin and floppy limbs, attempting to ram their small horns into the threat.
(Something goofy like this.)
Auroaras
Rare - GW, TL, Draig
Said to be the offspring of a princess-turned-swan with her dragon protector, these beautifully scaled and feathered creatures are as majestic as they are elusive. In accordance with the tale, Auroaras mate for life, causing the most wealthy and blessed of people to use their scales or feathers as accents on their wedding dress, said to bring good luck and lifelong commitment. It is said that killing one will curse the murderer with heartbreak for all eternity.
