Just before LongNight, Sunjata finds himself in his office perusing the items currently on the agenda. He glances over toward the jar of Halo’s ice and the remaining jar of unicorn shavings he’d already collected from a previous season. The trade last season had gone perfectly, and this season he’s fairly certain he should work on upgrading the region given the fact he’s already prepping for the regional quest to be continued next season when the ground was less frozen.
For now, though, he leans back in his chair and twists the pen between his fingers, spinning idly. He leans forward shortly after, exhaling a soft sigh and scribbles on the paper to upgrade the region – given that the previous rain and the snow would likely have caused some havoc on homes and roads and given that he’d just spent some time building them, it made sense to maintain them, right?
Satisfied with that, he folds it and puts it into a letter to let the region know of the next step.
