Melita
Eating fire is your ambition
to swallow the flame down

The latest plunge into the desert had left her a little bereft – her expectations high and her impact low. Perhaps she couldn’t compare to the Accepteds now, and that smarted a bit more than she’d like to admit, so luckily, she kept that entirely to herself.
The maudlin aspects had long since passed by the time she wound her way to the shrine; figuring if she was hovering near the Greatwood on the neverending quest for flowers, she might as well pray there too. Now it was just surefire determination bent into her resilient soul, mind roaming over the possibilities. The chaos reigning within had already reached its capacity – but the intangible threads, well, they could still be bombarded with more qualities. More secrecy. More furtive graces.
“Hey Ludo,” she whispered into the afternoon eaves, placing her favors and offerings one by one. Sour lemon candies, drops of yellow to cluster within the candle and tree trunk, alongside a puzzle box, made to be difficult to open (unless tempted to slam against the ground; which Melita hadn’t tried yet but was sorely tempted), and a barrage of toy soldiers, all armed with pretend bayonets. “Could you help me improve my invisibility?” To not be seen or heard or even sensed – not when committing her little deeds.

Melita is seeking a quest from Ludo to upgrade her invisibility:
Magic: You Didn't See Anything | Melita is rendered invisible, and doesn't leave footprints/fingerprints, but can still be detected via other senses.
