The image made her giggle. ”I asked them for it.” she said, which would also answer his second question. ”With everything changing I just…well I can’t fight like you can. And you or someone else capable won’t always be around so I just…wanted to not be so helpless.” Hence, the dragon companion. A few more crunching noises were followed by two clawed feet shoving their way out of the egg. ”There you go! Look how close you are!” she said encouragingly to the little dragon.
