Just a few things.
You need to earn companions IC (or purchase them with MP), so he wouldn't be able to have a spriggan companion. Also, the wording of this, "..and has a magical voice that stun most people listening to him." sounds like actual magic. This is something you can earn IC, so I'd prefer if this wording was changed so that it doesn't seem like he has actual magic (yet!) Finally, 5"4 is quite tall for a fae, given that anything over 5" is rare.
