Caido Medical College is a large, imposing stone structure. Equipped with a 150-200 person capacity lecture hall, two labs, and a small medical library, it is a true haven of medical research, advancement, and education. The space is generally quiet, though reverberations of lectures can occasionally be heard reverberating through the space. Behind the College, accessed through a door at the back of the lecture hall, is a an expansive and meticulously maintained and labelled medicinal herb and plant garden. Generally, members of the college will also staff the infirmary, which is overseen by the College Dean. Should the Dean be needed, her office is on the second floor.
Through research, development of advance technology, methodology, and medicine, and rigorous training of future healers, the College seeks to advance the quality and length of life for all in Caido.
Membership
While the college promotes continued education for all, there are two tiers of members of the Guild - Professors and Students.
Professors
These members generally have extensive experience in a medical field. They are either considered masters or highly knowledgeable/skilled in a medically related subject area.
Students
These members are usually new to the realm of healing and medicine, or pursue medical knowledge as a hobby/for personal betterment.
Guild Items
Professors
These members generally have extensive experience in a medical field. They are either considered masters or highly knowledgeable/skilled in a medically related subject area.
- May hold classes (PQs) on a subject of their knowledge area as an official College offering
- May use any of the items listed under "Guild Items" within the grounds of the Sanctuary. To use them elsewhere, the Dean's permission is required (this can be handled OOC, just DM Grant)
- Have 24 hour access to the College, and all of its contents (aka you have a key)
Students
These members are usually new to the realm of healing and medicine, or pursue medical knowledge as a hobby/for personal betterment.
- May use any of the items listed under "Guild Items" within the college, with permission from the Dean (this can be handled OOC, just DM Grant)
- May advance to Professor status after completing 5 Guild PQs (again, DM Grant)
- Have access to the College during the day, and all its contents, with the exception of the Dean's office.
These are the monthly items the Guild receives by spoopy-doopy means, or have been specifically requested for the Guild by the Dean. Only members of the Guild may use these in their threads, per their member status.
Mortar and Pestle | Magical numbing gel appears when the pestle is used in the mortar. It can numb any body part for the amount of time the user requires. (Made by Remi)

Abrasion Gauze | Can instantly heal small skin-abrasions, cuts, bruises, welts, etc as long as they aren't more than skin deep or larger than a diameter of 6"
Magical Stethoscope | When used on an organic lifeforms, turns internal sounds to music that can help diagnose potential illness/disease
