Phoebe laughed lightly at his jest, glad he was at least able to play along with the joke, if only just. ”I will have to make a point of looking at it next time I am there.” she said with a small smile at him. At the mention of company though, she perked up. She had hurried the boys off to the College so quickly she hadn’t really seen who all had come and how many there were. ”Have a lot of people come to stay at the Temple?” she asked curiously.
”I spent my childhood learning to how to spot emotional discomfort in its varied manifestations as part of my duty as midwife. So…yes. Obvious to me, anyways.” she said with a small smile. ”It might make you a little sleepy, but that would probably do you some good too. It’s a soothing tea I always have on hand that I make from a variety of medicinal herbs and plant extracts. Mostly Valerian root, cannabis oil, chamomile, hops oil, lemon balm, and St. John’s wort.” she said, listing off the ingredients. As for Astra, she would be very pleased by her reception, the three boys crowding around to give her pets and feed her crackers.
