Peter taps his fingers along her hand and she listens diligently while he tells her that he is okay. They had all made it out of the Guildhall before it burned, but it didn’t mean that he was okay. But if he wants to hug her, she absolutely won’t complain.
His hand trails up her arm to her shoulder and she follows it through her senses, through the feeling that has grown a small amount stronger with the loss of her eyesight, and she nods to him once more after he tells her that he’ll stay as long as she likes. “I don’t want to keep you forever, but maybe now we could continue our conversation?” About Adam and what his life was like now with Loren back.
