He’s thoughtful that way.” She shrugs her shoulders gently. At the mention that he offered to help work with Peter to make things better, she nods. She thinks it’s a good idea. A fresh start, a new idea for the Lanceleyn name.
He surprises her, next, with mentioning that he didn’t have to be in the family if he didn’t want to – an offer that she had tried to give him once too, and curiously she mulls over the statement before raising an eyebrow curiously. “What did you say to that?”
