Loren raised his eyebrows, an amused light dancing in his eyes. ”Sure.” Tilting his head, he gave Adam a considering look. "And what do you know about them?" The summoner crossed his arms, the corners of his mouth turned up slightly. Then he sighed at the dark-haired man's words about Peter. "I wasn't here for that." Giving an apologetic smile, the Launceleyn ran a hand through his hair.
Grinning at Coffee, Loren approached and knelt by the dragon. "It's nice to meet you properly, Coffee." Astra took that as permission, and she trotted forward to the dragon as well, bending down to sniff before letting out an excited bleat. Chuckling, the Launceleyn glanced up at Adam. "And that's Astra." The summoner reached out to give the luxere an affectionate pat.
Then he stood up and let out a little huff of laughter. "Do I seem unhealthy to you? The rest of my family, yes, I'd be the first to admit are unhealthy." Crossing his arms again, Loren smiled a little sadly. "Have you asked him about my family? Or me specifically?" His voice came out reasonably, with just a gentle curiosity.
However, his eyes narrowed. "And I'm not too keen on you being a thief." Holding up a hand in a placating gesture, Loren smiled faintly. "But you make Peter happy, and that's what's important. As far as I'm concerned, he's free to choose whatever family and loved ones he wants."
