Picking the perfect place to people watch was surprisingly difficult. One had to choose the location precisely for a number of reasons. One, there had to actually be people to watch. For some reason, hardly anyone ever came super far out it seemed, meaning a few places were just out of the question. What's the fun in staring at a bunch of rocks for a few hours with the hopes that someone would maybe just happen to show up? Bor-ring. Two, there couldn't be too many people. It's hard to really notice anyone when there's way too many people. Besides, it's not fun to see tons of crowds and hear everyone talking over each other. Nothing is learned that way and unwanted attention may be garnered. Three.... is there a third thing? Staying safe was absolutely important, a must even, so once more: Selecting a spot is a hard and important process.
Thankfully, Delta had been living here for so long that everything was easy! Until- a bunch of random people started showing up! Not people from Torchline- people from elsewhere. Remembering her little guidelines she had made for herself, Delta settled herself in at the coast, watching for people and hoping that something exciting- but not too daring- happened.
