WESSEX
the wraith
she tied you to her kitchen chair
she broke your throne and she cut your hair
she broke your throne and she cut your hair
Everyone has a story, Wessex chides gently, mostly because she hates to see her efforts rebuffed. However, once she hears that he is no longer with Sam, her attitude takes a bit of a one-eighty. Good. He needs to learn to be alone. Whether or not he’s alone, she doesn’t actually know. Knowing Sam’s neediness, she kinda doubts he is. But her main point is - and you deserve better than a needy, self-conscious doormat. Or so I assume.
Again, who or what Nate actually deserves is unknown. Which is why they’re there.
Flipping over, Wessex peers into the darkness, her blonde hair a floating halo around her head. Do you like being Ascended? Knowing that he chose to change, like her, she wants to make sure that he doesn’t regret joining the family. And if he does, perhaps she can begin to repair some of those regrets.
