From being an Abandoned who had rarely left the Hollowed Grounds, to embracing the call of adventure, to dying and being reborn first as an Ascended and then as an Ancient, Maea has gone through quite the amount of changes in her life. One thing remains common, though, in her attempts to find out just where she belongs; she’s always had a craving for knowledge which has brought her to so many places and to meet so many people here in Caido. We can’t wait to see what else is in store for her!
Congratulations, Maea!

Court of the Fallen was created in October of 2018 by Odd, Honey, and Crooked.
Skinning and hosting by the epically talented Kaons, and functionality fanciness by the coding magic of Neowulf. If you ever see either of them around, make sure to show them some love!
Rexanna had begun to realize that the Tavern was probably her favorite place to be. She knew she was relatively safe, she could get absolutely hammered, and meet a few new people. What could go wrong? So far everything had gone perfectly well, despite the fact that her voice came out flirtatious and down right dirty in some instances. So she chose not to speak for the most part, especially here in the attempts to not give other people the wrong idea – namely the few men that sprinkled the Tavern floor.
She made it to the bar, looking to the bartender and holding up a hand as if to say she wanted a drink. Luckily for her, they realized it well enough and Rexanna offered them a grateful smile as she took it and sat, alone, at the bar and sipped her drink. Her eyes lingering on the glass before dancing around the tavern walls as she tried to figure out how to fix the problem with her voice. At least the brand was gone. She could be her own person, without feeling victimized every time she removed her shirt.
It was a free feeling, not having to explain the C on her collarbone. While others wouldn’t care, some were curious as to why it was there. Scars were one thing, but a perfectly shaped letter always brought about questions; and to which she never truly had a good answer. She had told Alistair easily enough, but she had also gotten the feeling that he wasn’t the type to judge her for what happened. At least now she wouldn’t have to explain it again, and she could live as a free woman.
The woman sucked in another breath, exhaling quietly while staring at the glass, awaiting whatever it was this day brought her.
