Her memories were beads jumbled loose in a box
There was something about the man that amused Delta and she already was enjoying the conversation. A light giggle left her lips at his concern. Not that she was laughing at him, more like at the situation. "Don't worry, I'm fine. I'm flattered by your concern." It was more of that final statement. A stranger really cared that much about her? Wow. While she did absolutely care about others, she just didn't see how someone could think she was in any danger. Then again, Delta wasn't exactly considering the whole situation and at this point, was concerned about the young girl falling into the water. His next question was... interesting. It wasn't a unique one, no, but it was one that she once more didn't quite expect. "I wanted to look around at stuff. See what was going on and see what I could find." There was a gleam of excitement in her eyes as clearly, she had found something extremely unique and fun.
It was revealed soon enough that this man was her father. How fitting. Before Delta could give a name, she was already receiving a fantastic compliment from the girl. Her cheeks now adorned with a light blush, she offers Seren a smile. "Thank you, you are very pretty yourself." The girl had fantastic hair, one that Delta was almost envious of. "I'm Delta. It's nice to meet you both." Now that pleasantries were out of the way and this Ronin fellow was hopefully no longer concerned, maybe she could get some fun conversations out of these mouthbreathers.
But where should she even start? There were so many questions to ask! "What are you two doing out here? It isn't too often that I get noticed. Most people are...distant. Thinking of other things." Then again, she also was kind of not supposed to speak to people too often before recently... so maybe that's why nobody ever noticed her. Oh well.
