Looking up at the icicles had been a mistake, and Neron swore softly under his breath as one of the sharp points glanced against his cheek, opening a very small cut which wept clear fluid before starting to close. He returned his gaze to Wessex as she spoke and they came upon a fork in the road, unwilling to split the party now or ever. He tried not to jump at the sudden voice in his mind, still unused to such things, though he mastered it enough to nod to the demigoddess, glancing briefly to Zariah to check she was alright.
"I have command over the water, and ice to that effect. Though you have already seen that much," he explained to his fellow Ascended. "I can also drain the life force out of living things. So if those cannibals cause problems, I should be able to slow them down. And if we need a distraction, I can make minor illusions." That should be concise enough. So without further ado, he headed left with the group.
Neron follows suit and goes left.
