As much as Morgan was used to being the one giving orders out on the field, Neron was the Warden (for now) so she followed his instruction. Raising her arms she created a huge horizontal wall of water above the heads of the horse, heavy enough to make her hands shake with the effort of keeping it up: then let it drop.
