There are only a few ascended in Torchline, and it seems they've been...preoccupied. The cave housing the ascended shrine is entirely flooded. Rocks have been levered off of upper portion of the cave and have fallen unceremoniously onto the shrine below.
There is much damage to be repaired. Given the circumstances, I'd think it wouldn't be possible to call down the Voice with the shrine in its current state...
The Shrine will need to be REPAIRED before it can be used again (based on IC threads and random diceroll)! If repairs happen DURING monsoon season, it will require a PQ with at least 8 rounds. If it takes place AFTER monsoon season, it will require a PQ with at least 5 rounds.
