In an instant, she has returned to her chimeric natural shape and reached out with her magic, intending on encasing the bleeding princess in a sphere of ice, room enough for her to move on the inside. A final though has her tugging at the outside edge of her makeshift protection, freezing spike to the outside. If it didn’t discourage the beast completely, at least it would hurt it when it tried again to attack.
She swivels in place where she floats above Olavi, eyes casting around for a hint, a suggestion of the nearly invisible horror hunting them. Shout if you see it.
Nerissa shifts back to her full shape and uses her mastered water magic to freeze a spiky shell around Delta.
