A recent conversation with Deimos had planted an idea in Loren's head. So he made his way back towards the Climb, a metal sculpture of a bird in flight clasped in his hands. Astra trotted along beside him, bleating as the temperature shifted from freezing to flaming as they made their way through the tunnel.
Patting her head, he led the way through the Burrows to that strange temple-like structure he'd been in once before. There was a new addition there, one he eyed but didn't approach. Instead, he went to the pile of bones. Laying his little gift on top of it, he cleared his throat. "Tanau, I was wondering if you might tell me if you had kin other than the Eirachi."
