Disappointingly, his daggers didn't seem to inconvenience the Boggart much; Adam drew them back to himself with a sigh, wondering if he'd lost his touch. Hopefully it was too early to come to those conclusions.

In all the chaos, he didn't notice Edwyn's disappearance. Later he'd feel bad for snapping at the man before his rapid death, but not having known him and focusing on the fight, he didn't pay any attention for now.

Isla yelled to take the Boggart, but Nate called to help Isla - Adam flicked his eyes between the two fights and decided to take Nate's advice; it seemed like he had the Boggart handled. Since the daggers weren't working out, he tried to rip his eyes off of Isla turning into uh, something, long enough to pull the crossbow off his back instead, already loaded with one bolt.

Shifting his weight to be heavy enough to withstand any recoil, he would aim to shoot right for the nasty bug bitch's eyes.
