Sam jumped at the sudden introduction of a voice to the tranquil scene and just about managed to stop himself bending and sinking into the water, though did have to correct with an undignified wiggle of his hands on either side. He did look over then, curious; when Sam had Ascended, he had dealt with the lack of sensation poorly. It was always interesting to see how well others adapted.
