"I am? I learned it from you," Ronin says, his voice little more than a mischievous rumble as Remi finally closes the distance between them. And when he does the Huntsman takes full advantage, leaning in against his husband and letting his arms tangle around him as if he can't get enough of the touch. And he really can't, even pinned against Remi as he is, his fingers twisting through the back of messy curls, his breath stuttering between nips of teeth and the prick of talons against his back.
And when Remi shifts he damn near tumbles out through the window, just barely managing to catch himself on the sill as the hawk swoops away across the water. "Oh, fuck you," he calls out through a laugh, letting his hands ball into fists as he braces against the window, pressing his eyes shut. He shouldn't find being teased so attractive, and yet...
