"An invisibility cloak would not be a bad tool." Noah admitted, nodding to Deimos. "But I do not want to take that away from you. If you're willing to make one for me, I will accept the gift." Noah never wanted to take advantage of Deimos' abilities in a way that made the man feel coerced or blackmailed.
"If we could both be rendered invisible, we could cause some damage without it being known it was us." Noah shifted his weight and let his thoughts continue to roll, half-formed but aloud for Deimos to hear. The Sword would surely have some feedback, and Noah would always welcome it. "Other than finding relics, there are ways that we can make it difficult for the ascended to be anywhere outside of the Grounds. Their shrines." Vi had said that Noah would aid in snuffing out the ascended, in bringing his light. Would this not be a way to do just that? Destroying their line of communication with the Voice, forcing them all into hiding in their hole like rats?
