Cordelia knew that his new position weighed heavily on him. That he wasn't the same man that she'd met before, but he was still Noah. Underneath all of that wariness and unease he was still there. It was clear in these little moments. Cordelia glances up at him with a soft smile, tucking into his side as they walk towards the table filled with food, only drawing away from him to pull out the pack of sweet rolls she brought with her. "I'll go put it on the table." She murmurs, carefully unwrapping the wax paper from around the iced buns, placing them on the table among the other goodies that have been left for the souls.
"There... Let's go before he comes looking for us." Cordelia takes his hand once more, drawing him back towards the edge of the festival, keeping an eye out for Deimos.
