Flora had waited until there had been a break in the thick ceiling of grey storm clouds to visit Frey. She'd done this not only so her hair wouldn't be quite so frizzy thanks to all the moisture, but also so that she could wear the new bathing suit she'd brought and not feel too chilly. It was a delicious red colour with a plunging neckline all the way to her belly button, with gold accents.

Doubletake? Why don't mind if you do.

"Hey babe." She whispered to the shrine in a sultry voice, sinking down onto her knees and rolling two peaches in her hands. "One for you and one for me." Flora explained, bobbing her eyebrows and waiting expectantly for her favourite deity to show up.

Flora is looking to upgrade

A pocket mirror that when placed on the ground duplicates the user's appearance exactly. Duplicate cannot speak or leave their place and appears as if the user is simply standing still. Lasts 1 round in combat. Must be picked up to be re-activated.

Now, mimicry is usually Ludo's forte, and appearing as something profoundly attractive is more for their counterpart, but well... Flora is not the only twin around, if Frey's two halves can be counted as such.

And so when the nature aspect of the deity appears, it's with a startling resemblance to the Doubletake in her plunging red bathing suit. With a sultry smile, they pluck up one of the peaches and press the fuzzy flesh agains their lips. "One for me and one for you," they echo, before taking a slow bite of the fruit.

They know why she is here, of course, and they can help. But enjoyment is paramount to responsibility, don't you know?

Flora has received a quest! She must:

1. Complete a thread locating two of something. It doesn't matter what they are (jewels, pearls, ornaments, flowers etc.), but they must be as identical in appearance as possible.
2. Complete a thread successfully duping someone with her Doubletake mirror.
3. Complete a thread leaving an offering for both aspects of Frey - sexuality and nature. This should be in the board containing the shrine rather than the shrine itself.
4. Complete a thread with a character who has Illusion magic, observing them using their magic during the thread.

“Ooohhhhh.” Now, when most of us are confronted with our reflections in a mirror, we tend to shy away. Even Flora has these moments, resplendent as she is. But this? This? Eyes wide, the Doubletake raises both of her eyebrows and inches herself forward, lips parted and breath held.

“Damn.” She purrs, and not just because Frey’s reproduction of herself is exquisite. Seeing herself in this light is…well, truly it’s something that defies any sort of explanation, though Flora’s mouth opens and closes as if she’s silently trying to do just that.

“Right…” The information is tucked away. Later Flora will be annoyed by just how little of this quest she can pawn off on Tal, but never mind that now. “Juicy, mmmm?” She wonders, taking a bite of the peach and trying to mirror her Frey-self with the motion exactly.
