Trying not to linger on how sad that sounds now that he thinks about it, Jude instead meets Sohalia's gaze for the first time, and a shy little smile perches on his lips. "But satisfaction brought it back, right? And it's not so bad when it's just the butterflies as it fades." Because of course Jude has eaten them before, that's why he knows how to mute their effects. With nothing to do with his hands and unwilling to ask for his flask back just to give himself something to do and rob her of its benefits, Jude lifts one hand to hold the opposite elbow in the hopes he won't end up fidgeting.
