Later when Danta remembers this moment, it will be with fond amusement - that they didn't ever really make it beyond the door of the room. Granted, they do have all night, and whatever happens here and now might yet be repeated in the bed, against the walls or even hanging from the fixtures. But as has been previously mentioned, the Maverick isn't thinking beyond the here and now - and the present moment is absolutely fucking delicious.

It's only fair that Sunjata takes him given the nature of their first tryst - and besides, he doesn't think he can take his eyes off the Valkyrie even for a second. With fingers reaching out to softly twist through her golden tresses, he wishes he could clone himself, that he might enjoy both of them at once. Alas, this will have to do.
