Without much aplomb or bother, the Sword moved out of the gravity spikes and their potentially dangerous wake. This spar was nothing like his past two rounds, but that didn’t mean he’d become complacent. If anything, he’d be all the more prepared for some pending onslaught.

Which meant he also forged onward, remaining aloft and hovering over the water. He couldn’t quite understand why Hadama remained in its grasp, other than potential advantage, when each siege he bore down upon the Demi was utilizing the elements. But that wasn’t for him to decide, and so he persisted, gathering the Mastered Water portions again and aiming to strike at the King.

Deimos remains in his partial shift (thunderbird wings) and uses his Mastered Water to try and alter the water around Hadama into icy spikes.

When the dust settled the Tidebreaker was still standingswimming, wounded but alive and conscious. After watching Deimos's previous rounds against demigods far stronger than himself - and able to team up against him, no less - Hadama counted himself quite pleased to have lasted the full four rounds in the ring. He had learned valuable insights into areas in which he was lacking and he had been able to test himself to his limits.

Numerous lacerations, bruises, and various ice-and-lightning-induced wounds aside, he was content with his showing in the tournament, and he gave his opponent a respectful nod. "Congratulations," he called up to the flying figure overhead. "And thank you." For a battle well-fought, and for taking Hadama seriously as an opponent.

At which point it seemed like a very good idea to tap himself a couple of times with Ray's healing wand to take the worst of the sting off his injuries before he left the water to seek out Isla for further treatment.
