The Stone Symphony - Rules

Formerly known as the Stonesong, this fast-flowing river has swelled and expanded to flow around and through the entire Greatwood. Oddly shaped rocks jut out from its depths, and when the water and air rush through them, this river sings a soft and haunting melody. Life is as abundant here as it is on dry land, and is as treacherous as it is beautiful.

Sunken Gardens
Beneath the rushing current of the Stone Symphony, areas of still water and deep grooves in the ground have carved out vast, underwater caverns. Illuminated by bioluminescent flora, forests of Ringing Algae grow lush and thick in these underwater pockets, producing bubbles of oxygen protected by a greenish membrane that appears to be quite sturdy. Sturdy enough, in fact, for an intrepid adventurer to stick their head inside, allowing them to breathe underwater temporarily.

The Saltkiss Estuary
Where the Stone Symphony meets the ocean, an area of diverse, ever-changing ecosystems have formed. Creatures here are well adapted to both salt and freshwater, and many migrate here annually to spawn or birth the next generation, making this a place of extreme biodiversity. Do not be fooled by its idealistic nature, however; the circle of life takes no prisoners, such that the Saltkiss can be as deadly as it is beautiful.
