They did have better things to do than enjoy the momentary annoyance of Danta’s pain with his office being overrun by the void. And, despite the awful feeling churning in her stomach, she is quite glad to be here to help – hoisting the cage up enough for Deimos to work his magic and let it coax right down into the cage that she keeps open, held in places where the bird can’t reach out to nip at her should it wish to. And as soon as Deimos closes the door of the cage, she’s draping a piece of cloth over it to keep it from trying to attack anything in sight. “Good job to you too.” She chimes, flashing him a smile that’s a little bit green around the edges.
Handing him the cage, she shakes off any residual dread and collects her things, before looking back the way they’d come. “Lets. Thanks for letting me tag along.” She says, nudging him with her elbow and a bright smile, before she remains glued to his side the entirety of the trek home for her first, then to Halo.
