We had an argument beforehand and the last I saw her was with Ronin.” He sighs and looks down to the fire in the bowl briefly. “She had aged up to a teenager by then.” And teenagers were ruthless and hated any kind of authority figure, young people that didn’t realize that their fathers were people with feelings and emotions too.
