Closing her fingers around the rings, Flora met Safrin's eyes for just a moment as she nodded. Whatever was being communicated, either implicitly or not, the Doubletake was listening. Besides, it wasn't like Safrin was known for giving out bad advice anyways, right?

"Never." The queen purrs as she rises. "If all goes well, I'll be back shortly. I've got a man who wants to talk to you about a ship." It's Jack, of course, and Safrin will likely already know that it's Jack in virtue of the large section of her thoughts that the captain occupies these days.
"But until then, thanks. You're the best."
With a wink, Flora slipped her new rings onto her fingers before disappearing down the lighthouse's staircase.
