JACK
Having forgotten all about the rocks for now - he's sure Melita and Aurelia have it covered, with the amount of sass they both give him on a regular basis - the good captain instead goes to check on whatever else is happening in the port. Whatever else is happening turns out to be a body, of course, which promptly turns into a fun game of "No you didn't actually see that, no those aren't rocks tied around his legs" and other assorted criminal doings.
It turns out that the body isn't even one Jack has been involved in (he'd have never let it float to the surface, for a start) and so once the dock workers have decided what to do - or not to do - with the poor fucker, Jack waves everyone off and drifts back towards the cart. That has stopped moving.
"We got the rest of the coast to do, y'know," he chastises them. "Let's go."
Jack does Jack things and decides he's had enough of the shenanigans so... let's keep going k.
