"Oh, yeah, he's for sure infected." Pausing, Flora glances at Hadama with a brow raised. "Didn't I tell you that?" Honestly she couldn't remember; over the past two seasons, Flora had done more political nonsense than she had in her entire life, and it was starting to take a toll. Not only could she not remember what she had or hadn't told any particular person, but she could hardly remember where or when she'd learned half the information that she had. "Sorry if I didn't, but yeah. Apparently when you're a Friend of the Family it makes it so all the void stuff just...doesn't bother you. You can also just waltz over to Starfall." Or so Dahlia had told her.
And as for Aurelia and Jack? "Well...He made her his first mate basically right before she and Milo disappeared off into the jungle, so...when she came back she went to see him to try and patch things up and I'm pretty sure he told her to pound sand."
"Reeeeeeally?" There's a note of incredulity from the gaggle of children, but given what they knew about Melita (and all the ducks they'd seen), they were just as tempted to believe her as not. Considering, the children glance between one another, silently seeming to weigh their options in lieu of it possibly being true that they were in the presence of rock-royalty. 'Okay deal.'
But thenAurelia is sliding all over the ice thoughtfully left behind by Jack, and while no one is hurt, a fair number of stones bounce out of the back of the cart that will need to be loaded back in.
