Ah, Mourn. A somber place, but one that was meant for reflection, offerings, and a multitude of serenity in between the path that would guide visitors between the Boondocks and the Barrows. It seemed like a perfect location – one for their little quaint town that has taken a little bit more of a delay than anticipated (he’s blaming the fact that y’know, dealing with the infection and more personal things like the proposal that would be happening this season).
Either way, the day starts off cool, a cloud cover that’s brought glittering dew amongst the grasses that blow in a smooth and gentle wind. Humidity is a challenge, but thankfully nothing quite like Torchline had been.
At the very least, he’d gotten the material here in droves of carts with letters sent to bothLena and Isla to get the town finally underway. He can hear the birds chirping in the distance as he arrives ahead of everyone on the wings of his draconic shift, surveying everything that needed to be done and planned. And with the little drawn map in the back of his pocket, the Flood leans against one of the large piles of wood and stone, chatting with a few of the groups that have arrived to offer their help to build the start of their town.
