Not expecting the wave of emotions suddenly relinquished and extended upon him, the Sword’s eyes widened, taken aback, mind reeling around in the feelings Sah shared twofold. It wasn’t very often that Deimos was confronted and met head-on with those sentiments; perhaps most of them went understated, presumed, or merely didn’t exist at all for those involved; so he took his time, parsing through the canvas of bolstered responses he’d never heard from the Wild Thunder. They’d been unsaid things – partially understood through actions rather than words – and he blinked steadily, trying to find a way to filter the inklings coiling and settling in his ribs. Thank you finally settled somewhere; though he half-wondered if that meant he merely existed as some confidante. He’d always considered Sah a friend; but didn’t lacquer or stick his inquiries upon the younger man – the Warden had, as always in some inevitable swing, mostly taken his burdens upon himself.
The questions were easier to answer, brows knitting together as his head tilted again. I have not. His dreams, when they weren’t recurring nightmares or blank embodiments, were mostly filled with semblances of dread and prophetic demons courtesy of the Void. But each of us could experience these new parts of our souls differently. I often feel a tug, like a string to be pulled, much like I do with any magic. Something there - unknown but a piece of him, newly unfurled and unveiled, with whispered promises of predilection. Were they any specific animals? Wings and rampaging through lava was one thing; but perhaps the emblem of mystery for Sah to uncover.
