Melita could hear Koa complaining, but the sentiments didn’t quite take hold in her mind. “Sure,” she shrugged, with a casual air of indifference and wholly disregard for authority taking over. Within a wink, she was invisible, gone across the roof, ducking upon Flora’s warning and skittering off to the side. The Dragoon’s balloon popped, rather unceremoniously, against some siding.
With no need to hide due to her intangible status, the Honeybee swiftly chucked her own armament at an unsuspecting tourist, and listened to the satisfying plop and surprised outcry below.
Flora ’s invisibility worked like a charm as well, sending her balloon skittering into a dull looking man – whose expression didn’t seem to change, other than a brief bout of bewilderment and water all over his shoulders.
Mateo ’s efforts were to be matched by stealth; capable of hiding behind one of the chimneys nearby, his aim was remarkable, and pinpointed straight on the sightseer; promptly losing their hat in the process and screeching something inaudible.
Despite their commotion, the group didn’t seem to deter too many. While the daycare workers and their charges rounded a corner out of sight, several more tourists seemed to be flocking about, the elderly didn’t bat an eye at nearby shenanigans, and only one nosey Karen-esque woman began approaching the soaked tourists.
